Full Drainless Tummy Tuck with Liposuction of Waist in Downers Grove, IL*

This is a 54 year-old female who presented to the office with lower abdominal tissue excess and a tethered Csection scar from previous pregnancies. She has some lower abdominal stretch marks and periumbilical skin excess. She also had adiposities of her waist and back bra rolls. We recommended a drainless tummy tuck with liposuction of the waist and back bra rolls. The patient had the surgery under general anesthesia at our AAAASF accredited facility in Downers Grove, IL. The patient had the drainless tummy tuck through a low lower abdominal incision with Exparel for better postoperative pain control. A special technique was used for creation of the new belly button. The patient had an uneventful postoperative course with an excellent improvement in contour.
