The patient presented with complaints of overall facial skin aging secondary to smoking for 40 years. The patient was most bothered by the fine and course wrinkles around the eyes and mouth. She wanted an aggressive treatment return her to her stated age. She opted for fractional CO2 laser resurfacing of the entire face with use of platelet rich plasma (PRP) to shorten her recovery time and enhance the overall result.
